Stay in control of your business travel spend by crafting and hosting your company travel policy in the right place.
You may not realise it yet, but writing guidelines for business travellers is a key part of your company travel strategy. It's what we call a travel policy - anything from a few sentences to an entire website laying out the instructions and suppliers you'd prefer that your colleagues make.
For example, a travel policy could be as short as "All company travel should be booked through this business travel tool".
